Good post, PK and I agree totally with your opinions. We need Gutnick to hit a home run at this investor's meeting on the 26th. We also need Wengfu to make a BIG commitment to the project. The fact that they are having the meeting in N.Y. would indicate to me they are looking for alot of positive exposure for the deal. Maybe also looking to shop the deal to other institutional investors too.

What is your feeling on how LGDI will bring Wengfu in as an equity partner?

I also agree Gutnick needs to be mindful of the long term holders of LGDI shares and not throw us to the wolves. This of course is what has me a little worried.
