I feel the pain to which you refer. I'm somewhat confused with what's going on in the price action of the shares here though. I would have thought the shares would have moved higer into the 23rd PR and meeting on the 26th, especially with the overall markets being much higher the last week or so.

Any opinions on why the shares languish here?
