Hello, Everyone. I'm new to the board, but have been posting over on Yahoo LGDI board for quite some time.

I have a question to anyone...why do you suppose the share price hasn't risen since we got this last PR concerning what I feel is the impending deal to be done with Wengfu?

The only thing I can imagine is the Street is waiting to see if Legend gives Wengfu shares that will be dilutive to the share price and not make them buy on the open market. If this wasn''t a concern I would think the shares would be moving higher here and they aren't. Any other ideas?
