Joe G(I'm assuming) and Wengfu in New York City on July 26 for a public meeting and teleconference. If they are showing up in person, in NY, to discuss the detailed press release due on July 23, I am sure we will here some terrific news and projections. They wouldn't subject themselves having to listen to shareholders concerns if there was any chance that they don't have the answers. Joe G bringing Wenfu on a NYC roadshow will be riding high talking to institutions about the companys' prospects. Joe G will have instant credibility being accompanied by a committed Wengfu and also having the IFFCO card in his back pocket. We should also hear in that press release how Wengfu will get their equity position.

It seems that they are possibly shelving shipping the DSO to IFFCO probably because current pricing probably doesn't justify it. We will find out all plans in a few weeks. We all patiently have waited this long so a few more weeks won't kill us.

I will certainly be in NYC for that meeting and would welcome the opportunity to meet any fellow shareholders that participate on this board.
