I agree that Fidelity is wrong after checking every available source.

Regarding BMO selling their stock- didn't happen.

BMO received two year warrants to purchase 672,000 shares of stock which can be exercised at $2.50/share. These were issued in June 2008 when Legend raised $105 million at $2.50/share.These warrants expire this June. Obvoiusly they will not be exercised if the stock is less than $2.50/share.
