I find it of interest that prior to the third quarter financials, insiders controlled 65% of the shares.

When the September 30th quarterly financials were released I see that insiders now control 78%.

This is now 2 1/2 months later. Shares are becoming more difficult to come by. If we are talking 226 million shares issued we are talking 49.7 million in the float as of September 30th. That float is fast disappearing. We are being accumulated by knowledgeable individuals and as I see it, for very good reasons.

I see 5 market makers put in huge stop blocks to-day at the $1.26 level. This was broken through. Normaly the stock would have retreated. This stock was trading north of $4.50 1 1/2 years ago and with the huge credability of their CEO along with what is in play here $4.50 looks to be extremely undervalued.

Yes it was Monday. But something very real is happening and without any promotion.
