Firstly Legend is not in the Potash business. Rather, it is delevoping a Phosphate mining operation. The price of Phosphate has fallen dramatically along with most commodities as part of the global implosion this year. However the fundamental demand hasn't changed from India & China (one a partner and one a will be partner of Legend) and demand of the resource is very limited. Therefore a resurgence in price is only a matter of time. In some ways Legend is doing all the planning and implemenation phase during a downturn and should be ramping up production just as prices recover.

At least that's the way I see it and I think we'll see it reflected positively in the share price over the medium term.
