...In advance of the 2009 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting in Melbourne in a couple weeks on Dec. 7. Haven't had a chance to look through it yet.
Always knew it was high but never realized insiders own 78% of outstanding shares. Its beacause IFFCO (Kisan Trading) now owns 21%. I always thought it was closer to 15%. That puts the float at about 49M shares out of 226M shares. Very high level of ownership and incentive. That expains the volitility but its poised to move if it reaches the tipping point. It just needs a nudge.
