All Legend is doing is a dual listing it would not dilute the shares. Its kind of like the Canadian miners that list on both the American and Canadian exchanges-same amount of shares available just a larger market. With a listing on the ASX it will open a broader

market for us. Legend would keep its listing on the OTC exchange just for the fact it

is a much larger market than the ASX.
