I have made the same observations that you did. It is the only way to explain the creation of these new companies, and it probably is the best way for the company to maximize it's potential from each of its' diverse entities.

More importantly,if the company does launch these other companies in the near future, I highly doubt that it will have any impact on the existing LGDI stock price, as these other companies are not being factored into the current evaluation for LGDI anyway.

The result for investors of record as of the official launch of the new company/s is nothing but upside.

The more shares one owns as of the date of those new spin outs, the more shares in the spin out company that one will receive.
