Thank you for sharing that chart, which confirms the numbers that I have been hearing for months. The chart shows the price having bottomed out and leveled off with a slight uptick. What it doesn't capture are the analysts comments that the price of phosphates having already leveled off, are predicted to begin an upward spike again in Q1 of 2010.
This coupled with the world demand for food, it is easy to believe the analysts predictions.
The NY Times had a long story this past week on the world food shortages and the billions of dollars that will be poured into increasing crop yields ... in the near future.
Sounds like a great business to invest in, selling phosphates and helping the worlds poor at the same time.
