With previous votes having been favourable to Legend, and now with Legend owning more than 50% of the company the acquisition of NAD appears to be a foregone conclusion.

As someone who has researched the Gutnicks historical methods of operation, I am willing to bet that LGDI will spin off a new diamond exploration company at some point down the road. Don't forget that there are additional kimberlite pipes on Legends' tenements as well. Legend started off exploring for diamonds before they found the phosphates. Through the NAD acquisition they have the factory and equipment to process all of their kimberlite pipes from NAD and from the LGDI tenements.

This story alone should add some substantial value to the current stock price. I for one expect to see LGDI pop the $1.00 mark any day now. All it takes is one or two wise institutional investors to start accumulating stock for the future.

This stock is still a great kept secret!

Keep accumulating ... ... ...
