Looks like have to wait for end Q2 2009 for D-tree probable/proved reserves.

From annual:

Currently Legend is working towards generating a reserve base at D-Tree following the resource drilling which was completed in December 2008. It is planned to have this reserve finalised before the end of the 2nd Quarter 2009.

so a one Q delay if they hit that timeframe for JORC workups for probable/proved.

IMO only.

The Galah Pit 3 seemed to have pretty good mineralization though, that's a positive (can ship DSO potentially).
