Where do you get your facts from psyop?? The company is not selling stock to IFFCO in the open market!! There is no shelf registration that was ever filed that is effective. Any shareholders over 5% have to file if they increase or decrease their position. So who is selling?? Who cares!! IFFCO buys it at 50 cents and throws it in the pile with the rest of their stock where it will sit for a LONG,LONG time. They are not going to trade or flip the stock to make a couple of bucks.
