I saw it too. I guess the mm's have been collecting shares all wk for that order. News always seems to leak on this stock. Looks like a pop before the close. We should hear the results of testing next week..maybe Monday. The effective float is shrinking. This could get exciting if the big money reaches for the <30 percent of shares not closely held already.
