Soros filed a 13G amendment last night which now shows his combined stake at 23,431,189 shares or 10.35% of the company. This is an increase of 400,000 shares since he filed his last 13G on October 21, 2008 which showed him owning 23,031,180 shares or 10.18% of the company.

Nice to see Big George still buying as well as IFFCO, which is still a big buyer at 0.50 cents whenever the stock gets there.

These are very smart institutions that very well understand the enormity of the situation that they are involved in.
