to allow friends e.g. IFCCO, who know the score, to load up on cheap stock comming out of the original IPO. I always suspected the best reason for lack of encouragment to investors was to faciitate a buyout or going private. The stock has a long way to go for us old time investors who got in $2.20 - $4.50 a sharre. Thhis rise is encouraging.
