BUT - looking at LGDI's own time table - where do they stand?

Phospo is asking the questions that are on everyone's mind

So I am asking what can be the reason's for this corporate silence? Some of the possibilities are distrubing:

- going private

- buy-out

- financing problems for project

- financial problems in some of Poppa Joe's other LGDI projects

- political land mines such as permitting
