Is 2008 repeating itself again in 2009? Today was ugly oil, silver, gold and all commodities down today. Stocks getting hammered again. Both Potash Inc. and

Mosiac down about 10% today! I am slowly recovering from shell shock of 2008

which I hope does not repeat in 2009. Like most everyone agrees Legend needs

to release some type of PR to show updates in permitting, construction plans,

and along with any other positive developments-even in these markets it may not help but is very important anyways to show the company moving forward with plans

for the development of the mine. Long and strong Legend!
