Someone just traded a block of 2,596,000 shares at 40 cents

Did any of you notice the trade of 2,596,000 shares that came across at 12:05 this afternoon?

It traded at 40 cents. If any of you can figure out who made that trade please let us know.

I will assume that it was a hedge fund that needed to liquidate their holdings, but it could be a lot more interesting than that.
