Ya, I appreciate your posting this as well. However, the price action in the stock is telling us that no such prospect (buyout) is in the works, YET! And all this work they did in the private financing was not for turning around to sell the company at same 2.50 or even double the share price. I think this is a build in process and we'll have to be in it to see it play out as originally planned. I haven't seen their business plan (my bad) but, I believe in what I've seen that this is an accurate deduction of the future of this investment. The only odd thing different than the original plan would be the crazy market we all just experienced which made people act hastily. I don't believe LGDI has changed their prospective. They (we) stand to gain the most by having the phos mined and sold in this ever growing and increasingly high demand for food as the population explodes. mguru
