I would think the primary benficiaries/prospectees of going private would be Poppa G, Atticus, Soros, IFFCO, and maybe another 500 pound gorilla of that rergion - they do not need the small investors once they reach critical mass. If I were in their shoes, seeing how this bonanza is developing, I would sure be tempted to rreduce the pieces of the pie to be shared
