On Tuesday, 2.8 Million shares traded. Of that volume, 2.6 Million shares were the result of 7 trades. Half or four of those trades were "double prints" which would cut the real volume by a half million shares. There was one trade of a million shares at 85 cents.

On Wednesday,3.3 Million shares traded.ONE trade of 2.4 Million shares traded at 91 cents, accounting for two thirds of the volume.

What is happening is that a large seller(s) found a buyer at these particular prices or visa versa. This is great for us because it reduces the overhead resistance in the stock by getting rid of this seller.

For those of you wondering who is selling, you should know that if ANY shareholder that has a large position in this stock(over 5%) they would be required to file a Form 4 with the SEC within 3 days of adding or reducing their position. I will keep an eye on the filings in the next few days and advise all if I see anything filed.

Also yesterday, BMO Capital Markets initiated coverage of Legend with an OUTPERFORM rating.
