IFFCO offered to help them arrange the financing to build out the slurry pipe at that time. I would like to assume that offer still stands. However, if the assets in the ground are confirmed they will be able to borrow against them even in these crazy times. We are still waiting for the company to announce the completion of an updated valuation of the assets. The process was supposedly started a few months back, and should be complete very soon if it isn't already complete.

If the assets have not been confirmed, that would explain the 65 cent price.
