Doubting Donzo you mayhave gone off the deep edge this time.

Ask yourself, why would Legend allow IFFCO to buy them out for anything less than a supreme price for the stock. Mr G is looking to make big dollars on this company. Even IFFCO has additional options that run up to $4.00 per share which is acknowledged as being a great deal.

Your claim of deafening quiet from management is not quite the case. The IFFCO announcement were not that long ago. They had nothing to say during the sell off, which probably makes sense. There were a lot of early stage investors and others taking profits. Why they sold then is anybodys guess.

However, the sell off appears to be over. My guess is that the so called deafening quiet will also come to an end in the next week or two. The Amex listing is still pending and they are probably waiting to make announcements around that date, whatever it will be.

If you don't have the stomach to wait, sell out. Your stock will be bought up quickly!
