How long until Legend moves from the BB to a different exchange?

Now that Legend has held on to a share price above two dollars they should become eligible to move their trading from the OTCBB to a better recognized exchange, which could increase their volume and trading price.
Has the company mentioned any plans to register on the NASDAQ or AMEX?
