What I like most about there relationship is if Yappn has a high SP INT has 42 million shares on there books but, Ortsbo will recieve royalties also, and if Yappn gets big the Ortsbo revenue would be significant. Let alone the 42 million shares, at a 1.50 SP INT would have a 63 million MC increase just in there Yappn paper... Good all around imo...
