If in fact the patent pending was rejected due to an existing patent conflict, I don't see the point of that receiving as much attention as you insist on giving it. It was only one of many of Intertainment Media's submissions for patents.

Since you are not a shareholder, were not at the last meeting, and refuse to contact INT management for any answers to your questions, you likely wouldn't know that real time closed captioning translation isn't one of their three core objectives moving forward. What is your intention in trying to create the perception that DL lied about the patent pending?

And please, do ask what the 3 core objectives moving forward are... That would be funny.
