Dart is correct in that all (or at least almost all) announced dealings, are from within the inner circle. However, Rallee's background/connection with INT was already known to us for over 6 months I believe. I don't have time to look back on SH or press releases but an "initial agreement" with Rallee was expected (in my eyes).

It's the nature of business to grow through connections/contacts/networks, in order to build a diverse and appealing "portfolio" to be able to snag larger contracts with larger corporations whose decision makers need to see some kind of a "track record" (bashers, no need to jump on this comment). Are there unannounced larger contracts in the works, awaiting final signatures (in order to become material at a time when the larger companies are ready)? Or are we still desperately working on acquiring those contracts. Only insiders know that right now. We all know what the bashers speculate and preach, what the Longs are hoping for, and what the pumpers would want you to believe...
