Intertainment will only need a small piece of the global customer care market utilizing the Ortso tech to show significant New Media revenue gains. And like any good technology, if it proves to be a great value proposition to the end users I would speculate that there will be competitors of the end users looking to also pad their own bottom line over time through the cost savings that Ortsbo is providing. Before some of you get your nickers in a knot.......this is my personal positive speculation I am throwing out there. No facts involved.
