Market in the customer service industry based on what was presented in numerous news releases. I think they are going after this market heavy. The recent director that stepped down due to a conflict lends credence to my theory. Telus is heavy in the customer service industry and I would think that INT is starting to sell their services to competitors of Telus; thus his exit. This could get very interesting in the near future I believe. I read that the value proposition of Ortsbo customer cares in the order of 90% cost savings for the clients to run Orstbo customer care rather than increasing staffing requirements. That's a big easy ticket to sell once Patrick Bultema tweaks the system.
