I agree, healthy discussion should be the purpose of these boards. Experience has shown that healthy discussion can not be had with a large group of posters whose opinion is strictly pessimistic, who are also choosing to migrate to this board. There are a rare few posters who post negativity, that I respect. Schmidt is one of them.

I am not up to the challenge to explain why anyone should be buying at these levels because I would prefer retail sit on the sidelines and wait until there's good reason to jump in (if ever). No one is saying it's all rosy with INT, but there are bashers whose whole purpose is to find every piece of twistable information and assumption and try to persuade the negative twist as fact. When a Long discusses a positive aspect of anything, or possible opportunities and possibilities based on information available, never stating it as fact, he/she gets attacked and labelled a pumper/pumpie/pumpadoodle, etc.

What about when a basher states as fact, that the company is finished or that a share consolidation is coming (I've been hearing these both for over 2 years now on these boards)... Is that worthy of healthy discussion? I've noy seen a single negative poster providing any opinion that challenges those notions. I find it hard to believe that so many have always believed that INT was going to go through a share consolidation and then shut its doors. If that's truly the case, then wow!!

These boards shouldn't be as childish as they are, but they are. That's why their resultant main purpose is entertainment. That is my honest feedback (it has only ever been honest feedback). Real discussion occurs behind the scenes between legitimate investors. That's all that matters. If you are not invested, have a purely negative slant against the company and waste hours of your day on these boards, then you are either shorting the stock, hired by a firm that is shorting the stock, or are a sick disgruntled individual who either bought high and sold low or are simply a sick individual. No one is buying that the bashers are simply trying to save investors from themselves.

Having said that, go ahead and attack me. It's expected, go ahead, keep those wheels spinning...
