I don't think that you'll find anything stated publicly that will give you any more information than the following paragraph taken from the news release yesterday. Lots of possibilities for this to really be big. But as for when, we'll just have to be patient.

As previously announced, Intertainment Media Inc. continues to move forward with its plans to "spin out" Ortsbo as an independent structure for listing on senior Exchanges in Canada and the United States. As part of the "spin out" transaction, Management of Intertainment has proposed that shareholders, as of a determined record date, will receive a distribution of up to 30% of Intertainment's value of the proposed spin out. This transaction will be subject to all applicable board, shareholder and regulatory approvals. The Company expects to provide further updates throughout February 2012.
