Just a guess, but it could be that information that the record date announcement is imminent, may have been leaked. If so, i would expect the announcememt by the middle of next week, probably by Monday or Tuesday. If the US IPO goes,present shareholders will get 30%, in the form of INT stock and INT will retain a "substantial interest" in the new Ortsbo. With even a modestly successfull US IPO, present INT shareholders are in for a major payday. Of course, the plan must be executed as stated before, but this sudden SP increase may be an indication that it is about to happen. Rip
