Intertainment Media Inc. to Help Fund Canada's Next Tech Superstar

NEW YORK, NEW YORK AND LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA AND SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA AND TORONTO, ONTARIO, Oct 31, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Intertainment Media Inc. ("Intertainment" or the "Company") (tsx venture:INT)(otcqx:ITMTF)(frankfurt:I4T) Intertainment Media and Dx3 Canada announced today a partnership, to launch the "Intertainment Media Incubation Zone" (IMIZ) at the Dx3 Canada event on January 25th & 26th at the Metro Toronto Convention Center.
The "IMIZ" will showcase some of Canada's formalized Incubation Programs, with Ryerson's DMZ, OCADU, the Impact Entrepreneurship Group and MEIC already confirmed participants. The Zone will showcase the respective incubators and their members, culminating in a panel "pitch-off" for the chance to win a $20,000 prize of cash and professional services plus the opportunity to work with Intertainment Media for one year.

The "pitch-off" will happen over the course of the two days of Dx3 Canada, with the winner being announced on the final day of the show.
