Good morning, Praesens and thanks for the feedback. Actually, INT does not have a listing on the OTC, or anywhere else in the US. Rather, it is on the Grey Market, which is defined as follows:
"There are no market makers in this security. It is not listed, traded or quoted on any U.S. stock exchange or the OTC Markets. Trades in grey market stocks are reported by broker-dealers to their Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) and the SRO distributes the trade data to market data vendors and financial websites so investors can track price and volume. Since grey market securities are not traded or quoted on an exchange or interdealer quotation system, investor's bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so market transparency is diminished and Best Execution of orders is difficult."
I agree their intention must be to list on a bigger board - I just wish they had chosen better language or provided specifics. Yes, there are some specifics INT can't provide - but there are enough they could have provided to give investors added assurance.
The fact that I can't find a website for Lion Gate Capital Inc (Not Lion Gate Capital Management) is also a little concerning. How can you possibly understand and list a Web 2.0 star like Ortsbo on a major US Exchange if you don't have your own website?
I love Ortsbo and its success. I know how hard it is to gain traction for a website.
Regards,
George
