If a company is assisting in financing, they usually provide some market support.

In the case of Dundee, they have been a big supporter and on many days, have been the main player in the market, scooping up whatever is out there. I am not sure how much Dundee is holding, but their participation appears to be much greater than one would expect from just providing "market support". They believe in INT and I suspect they are looking for significant gains from here.
