09:00 AM EST, 03/09/2018 (MT Newswires) -- Detour Gold (DGC.TO) reported Friday adjusted EPS of US$0.23 ($0.30) for Q4, compared to last year's adjusted loss per share of US$0.03, with revenues growing year-over-year to US$200 million from US$176.6 million.

During the quarter, the company produced 150,046 ounces of gold versus 143,512 ounces last year.
