HARVEST GOLD EXTENDS EXPIRY DATE FOR WARRANTS

Harvest Gold Corp. has extended the expiration date for 800,000 warrants due to expire April 30, 2008, to Oct. 30, 2008. These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement completed in April, 2007, of two million units at a price of 15 cents per unit. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Two hundred thousand of these warrants were previously exercised.
