Good to see some new posters on the forum.
My thoughts.
As for the other site, there are some very good and knowledgeable posters there but there are also those like the one mentioned who suffocate the board creating an atmosphere of anxiety and antagonism. It can be very difficult. The only thing to do there is to use the ignore button. I hate using it but in these extreme cases it sure cleans up the board. The problem is that good posters wind up responding so we wind up with fewer informative posts.
As for the essays, I believe that they are the Achilles Heel of GBB. From what I understand the cost of rush orders has increased significantly, also the list of rush orders is significant. We now have a third lab which IMHO will probably release before the other labs with the older core.
As for the numbers, I would recommend you all go and read Osisko's numbers which are significantly lower than ours yet they have a huge open pit deposit and are now over thirteen bucks. They are also just up the road from us. There is all kinds of infrastructure there already in the area so GBB should be in good shape. With a 43 101 on the primary area complete, we will see the institutions buy in big time. From what I understand, they have already informed Frank that they are very interested but want the 43 101.
We will have 3 rigs drilling there soon. I believe that an owner of the company is on our board. Either that or Frank is on their board. Either way, the access to more rigs favours us.
Sorry for the rushed post guys but I am presently in Chennai, India and the power went out. My battery is getting low so I must check out.
Again I say good luck to all of my friends and newcomers.
Regards
Don
