looks like we'll be getting this kind of trading till the news... they sell in the am and buy back in for 1-2 penny less in the pm before the bell creating a rise in s-p back to the prev. close price...they don't want to miss the boat , but there shaking it to get more cheapies.

Big news on the way , Frank is going to reward those warrants holders for their patience. imo
