2010 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Gold Bullion Development Corp. (the "Company" or "Gold Bullion")

announces that it held its 2010 Annual General and Special Meeting of

Shareholders (the "Meeting") on Friday, March 19, 2010, at which Meeting

the following individuals were re-elected directors of the Company: Frank

J. Basa, Roger Thomas, Jacques F. Monette, and D. G. Leonard Johnson.

Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Bratt Fremeth Star,

S.E.N.C., as auditors of the Company and continuation of the Companys 10%

rolling stock option plan.

Immediately after the Meeting, the Board of Directors appointed the

following officers of the Company:

Frank J. Basa: Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer

Thomas P. Devlin: Chief Financial Officer

Roger Thomas: Secretary

Frank J. Basa, Jacques F. Monette and Dr. G. Leonard Johnson were

re-appointed members of the Audit Committee for the ensuing year, of which

Frank J. Basa is Chair.
