Any lawsuit (and there are sure to be more than one, IMO) will no doubt utilize the following quote from SEC filings:

I emphasized the "together" to point out that this isn't just the new OTG subsidiary involved, so IMO, FTS cannot think to avoid all financial responsibility due to OTG Tech being a separate corporation....

That being said, the debt is probably going to go away with the possibly "bankrupt" OTG Tech, subject to the numerous lawsuits and legal expenses...

At the very least all OTG revenues are going away, IMO...
