MODI 6.125 Million --- down 50%

and on their board there are calls of "incompetent management"...

Don't know which stock wins, but they are saying bankruptcy for MODI....FLIP is silent except for the 8-K...

BUT...MODI's 6.8 Million shares at .0001 only workks out to $680, FLIP's 280K shares at .0014 only works out to $392

Got to laugh at today's "non-reaction" to both stocks...LOL
