The increase in authourized shares to 250M is bothersome to me....

That being said, there is no change to your percentage of ownership unless the company "issues" some of these shares to another person. If they do this, then your percentage goes down in direct relationship to the number of shares issued to new owners.

If they do not issue them then there would be no change to your ownership....but I have to ask "Why make this change, if no shares are to issued?"
