If the recession takes big chunk out of disposable incomes, who will have money to buy our (FTS/See World/Elysium) products and services?

What if the other two CD holders decide to dump?

What if OTG turns out to be someone else's hidden headache, and we discover that it is a lot less than $25M in revenues and not profitable?

Although, Elysium Internet looks good so far, what if the same questions apply to it, also? (We are counting on Elysium payments to pay off the "convertible debt".)

What if the "lead fund" for the OTG purchase gets cold feet?
