FLIP owns 60% undiluted...via "preferred shares that do not trade"

The USBF common shares (11.5M total) own 40% of USBF...

At today's market close of $1.01, that gives a market cap of $11,615,000 for the 40% ownership by common shareholders, leaving a "total" market cap of $29,037,500...making FLIP's 60% share at $17,422,500!!!!! (or $0.0535 per each flip share)
