 We don't know for sure until we see the SEC filing or hear (either in a PR or during the promised CC) what the status is of the notes with a maturity date ofApril 3, 2008, and what the status is of the financing required for the $750K Miller payment due the same date....

 This will, IMO, be the major deciding factor in the future price and prospects for this stock....
