I expect you might be right about the price but not on the date...qtrly report is really the annual report (fourth quarter 2007) and it will be later than March 1st...(based on previous annual reports)
Also, most of the "spinoff stuff" will not be in 4th quarter 2007 reports...but rather it is 1st quarter 2008 (mid May?)...
