The USBF assimilation of Elysium will probably result in FLIP using "preferred convertible USBF shares" to provide some sort of dividending to FLIP shareholders (exactly WHAT form and not all at once if mgmt PR is to be believed, but gradually) ....

Without the introduction of USBF shares there is no market to establish value for them.........

The hoped for result for FLIP shareholders is: public shares in the new "Elysium" (USBF) and an increased value for FLIP shares based on the trading value for USBF (and the promise of gradual increased future dividended USBF shares (or whatever form)  to FLIP shareholders...

All my own opinion, of course...
